Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using the StarWisdom mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App and delete it from your device. By using the app, you also agree to Apple's Standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the App developer.

StarWisdom is a spiritual guidance application that combines astronomical data from NASA with I-Ching wisdom to provide personalized horoscopes, oracle readings, and spiritual insights.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials

• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

• One account per user is permitted; creating multiple accounts may result in termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• Authentication is email-based; Sign in with Apple is not currently supported

• Premium subscriptions provide access to advanced features

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period

• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period

• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renew by going to your Account Settings on the device after purchase

• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

• You can restore purchases on this device using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app

• Refunds are handled according to App Store/Play Store policies

• Subscription features may change with notice

You may not use StarWisdom to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

• Infringe on intellectual property rights or proprietary information

• Distribute harmful, malicious, defamatory, or illegal content

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security

• Use automated systems to access the App without authorization

• Impersonate others or provide false information

• Use the App for commercial purposes without written consent

STARWISDOM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The App provides entertainment and spiritual guidance only. Our readings, predictions, and content are NOT a substitute for professional advice in health, medical, legal, financial, relationship, or other matters. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARWISDOM AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with or without notice. Material changes will be communicated through the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the App immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for violation of these Terms or other reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections relating to disclaimers and limitations of liability shall survive termination.

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by the App developer and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without written permission.
